For customers outside of the US: EseWellé is not responsible and will not pay for additional duties or customs charged by the destination country. Therefore, the customs charge is not reflected on our site at the time of checkout.

EseWellé offers a 30-day return window (for the US & Canada) starting from the date you receive the product. If there are any issues related to materials or workmanship, please refer to the warranty information detailed below.
1-Year Warranty: If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or if the product does not align with the description provided by us, we will issue a full refund through a product replacement, adhering to the terms set forth here. This warranty lasts for 1 year following the shipment.
Please reach out to us at info@esewelle.com. After reporting the issue, EseWellé will supply a return shipping label to cover the cost of the return. The returned items must be received and examined before the issuance of a replacement item. The replacement may be new or in a condition that is newly refurbished. Please note that we will not issue any order refunds; only replacement products will be provided.

Cleaning:
1. Utilize the Self-Cleaning Function: Your EseWellé machine comes with a self-cleaning function designed for your convenience. Activate this function as per the instructions provided in the user manual. This process helps loosen any residue inside the machine.
2. Rinse with Water: After using the self-cleaning function, gently rinse the inside of the machine with lukewarm water to remove any leftover particles.
3. Never Use a Dishwasher: The EseWellé milk maker machine should never be washed in a dishwasher. The complex components and electrical elements can be damaged in the dishwasher's aggressive cleaning environment.
4. Immediate Cleaning: To preserve the machine's integrity and appearance, always clean it immediately after use. This prevents any residue from drying and sticking inside the machine, making it easier to maintain.
